Our Field Service consists of a number of programs.
Firstly, the scheduled maintenance program involves the regular inspection and servicing of equipment to maximise both system availability and component life span. This program is an important factor in minimising overall maintenance costs.
There is also the corrective maintenance program. During scheduled maintenance, inspections are carried out to identify any parts that should be replaced soon due to normal wear and tear. Recommended actions are itemised and quoted in a report to the customer.
The final aspect is emergency callout for breakdown repair. This is a 24 hour a day service available through the Help Desk.
